Technical Support.
If you have a problem which you wish to report to us you can call us at 01524 34283. If nobody is available to take your call please be ready to leave a description of your problem, not forgetting to leave your name, phone number and email address if available.

Your call will be logged in our request tracking system and assigned its own unique reference number. If you have left your email address with us you will receive a copy of your fault report with its own tracking number.
You can report your problem directly to us via email, to do this please send your fault report to: info@ubertechs.co.uk of course this assumes your computer is actually working!?
Please be as descriptive as possible with your fault report, be sure to leave your phone number and any other contact details.
You will receive an automated reply which will contain a ticket number.
