Our Charges

Home Users.
Our standard callout fee is £29 which includes the first hours work. This is for areas within a 10km radius of the centre of Lancaster. Callouts to houses between 10km and 15km is £35. Areas outside this please call for prices. After the first hour we charge £24 per hour. (Please see map below, click for larger view)

Business Users.
Our standard callout fee is £40 which includes the first hours work. This is for areas within a 10km radius of the centre of Lancaster. Callouts to businesses between 10km and 15km is £45. Areas outside this please call for prices. (Please see map below, click for larger view)
Please note prices for server installations, consultancy or training may vary from these prices. Please call if in doubt.

Student Users.
Our standard callout fee is £29 which includes the first hours work. This is for areas within a 10km radius of the centre of Lancaster. Callouts to houses between 10km and 15km is £35. Areas outside this please call for prices. To students with proof of student id, we offer a 10% discount.

Out of Hours.
If you require a visit after 5:30 pm weekdays or on a Saturday, please add 50% to the above prices.
