If you wish to contact us for any reason please call us on 01524 34283 or drop us an email at  , we check and respond to our emails as soon as possible.
Technical Support.
If you have a problem which you wish to report to us, you can call us on 01524 34283. If nobody is available to take your call please be ready to leave a description of your problem, not forgetting to leave your name, phone number and email address if available. Please note, your call may be forwarded to a mobile phone if nobody is in the office. You will not be charged any extra for this.

You can report your problem directly to us via email, to do this please send your fault report to: . Of course this assumes your computer is actually working!?

Please be as descriptive as possible with your fault report, be sure to leave your phone number and any other contact details. If you are reporting a problem with an Apple computer, please include your serial number when contacting us.

If you wish to visit us you can come to our workshop, address below. However if you are making a special journey you are advised to phone ahead to ensure we are in. Concise directions are over on our directions page.
